The base malt imparts a subtle nutty flavor combined with other malts that add sweetness and a clean finish.
We used Mosaic hops for aroma and flavor, combined with the right amount of bittering hops to give it a little bite. Kumquats provide the unique citrus flavor, a touch of tartness and that beautiful orange color.
